The District is committed to a transparent, open form of government. District agency websites are required to make certain records available online to the public, if those records exist. In cases where these records exist but are not yet available online, agencies are working to provide them as soon as possible. Washington Regional Threat Analysis Center (WRTAC) Privacy Officer

The WRTAC’s Privacy Officer is responsible for receiving and responding to inquiries and complaints about privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties protections in the information system(s) maintained or accessed by the center. FOIA Information

If you cannot find the information you are looking for here or elsewhere on DC.gov you can submit a FOIA request online  via the DC government Public FOIA Portal. Requests may also be submitted by mail, fax, or email. However, please note that FOIA requests submitted online will be easier to track and process.

FOIA Officer

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer is the principal point of contact within the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (HSEMA) for advice and policy guidance on matters pertaining to the administration of the FOIA. District Department of Transportation (DDOT) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Traffic Camera Feed Requests

HSEMA manages DDOT CCTV traffic feeds to increase situational awareness during emergencies. 

Any individual or group seeking access to DDOT CCTV footage from one or more of the cameras listed below can do so by submitting a request to the FOIA Officer listed above.

NOTE:  Camera feeds are automatically cleared every ten (10) calendar days including weekends and holidays.  For example, footage captured on January 20, 2014 at 10:05 a.m. is cleared on January 30, 2014 at 10:04 a.m. The Agency recommends submitting your request as soon as possible to increase the likelihood your request can be filled.
