The DPS Document Library contains all of the District plans and supporting documents, including the District’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management Strategy, District Preparedness Framework and Mission Area Base Plans. These and related publications are made publicly available to ensure that preparedness and planning for the general public in the District are clearly communicated.
